After ordering, you will receive a gift card’s code to use in-store. You can pass the code on to the recipient in any way you like – by email, by printing the PDF or by adding it to your own greetings card.

• the gift card can be used in parts for treatments and products
• if the customer cancels the same day or does not cancel at all and fails to show up at the booked time, the gift voucher will be considered used.
• the purchaser or recipient of the gift voucher has no right to return the gift voucher
• you can switch from one treatment to another if you wish
• if the treatment is changed to a cheaper treatment, the voucher is non-refundable
  if the treatment is changed to a more expensive treatment, the customer pays the difference
• treatment can also be exchanged for a product
• Appointments can be booked by calling or via the online booking service. The treatment is only for a gift card, so take it with you when you come for treatment
• The gift card is valid for 6 months. The validity of the gift voucher can be extended if there are no suitable free periods.
