Our precautionary measures for the pandemic virus period.

Regulation of customer visits

– the shops are now open by appointment only, avoiding extra visits to the premises
– we organise the use of the premises in a staggered way and at sufficient intervals to avoid congestion in the lobbies, maintain security gaps and make cleaning easier to control.

Sanitation, disinfection and protection

– cleaning, disinfection of contact surfaces and equipment and other possible protection measures
– we have suspended certain services where the risk of infection may be higher
– we do not shake hands
– please do not come to the surgery if you have symptoms of flu or have been in the same room as someone who has been quarantined or suspected of being infected with a virus. Our staff have been instructed to stay at home in the same situation.

Priority of payment methods
– we recommend paying when booking online, so you can pay online when you make your reservation.

Guidelines for those coming to our salons

– our staff wear masks and we require visitors to wear one (we will provide you with a disposable one free of charge if you do not have your own). On arrival, wash your hands and disinfect. Keep your distance from other people.
– in the case of a care service, take hand towels with you to protect your mouth in case of spit-up. We will use and encourage the client to wear a mask if it can be used for the service in question and if the client has no medical impediment to wearing a mask. Staff may wear a visor in addition to the mask, also at your request if there are concerns about exposure or if you are in a high-risk group.
– avoid touching door handles and extra surfaces
– if you have cold symptoms or have spent time with someone who has a cold or is quarantined, please postpone or cancel your appointment to be on the safe side. You can do this by email, phone or message on 050 577 5795.

Cancellation of an appointment is free of charge at any time before the start of the treatment due to an exceptional situation.
