Our Precautions Regarding the Virus Pandemic Period.

Customer Visit Regulations:

  • Clinics are now open by appointment only to avoid unnecessary visits to the premises.
  • We organize the use of space staggered and with sufficient intervals to prevent crowding in customer areas, maintaining safe distances, and facilitating easier control of interim cleaning.

Cleanliness, Disinfection, and Protection:

  • Cleaning, disinfection, and any other protective measures for surfaces and equipment.
  • We have suspended certain services where the risk of infection may be higher.
  • No handshakes.
  • Please refrain from visiting if you experience flu-like symptoms or have been in close contact with someone in quarantine or suspected of having a viral infection. Our staff has been instructed to stay at home in such situations.

COVID-19 Exposure Notification App:

  • Our staff has adopted the use of the COVID-19 exposure notification app, and we recommend our customers to do the same. Download the COVID-19 exposure notification app on your phone at www.koronavilkku.fi.

Prioritizing Payment Methods:

  • We recommend making payments online when making a reservation.

Guidelines for Visitors to Our Clinics:

  • Our staff wears masks and we require visitors to do the same (we provide disposable masks if needed). Upon arrival, please wash and sanitize your hands. Maintain distance from others.
  • For beauty services, bring along tissue paper to use as a shield in front of your mouth in case of coughing. We wear masks and encourage clients to do so if it’s applicable and there are no health reasons against it. Additionally, our staff can wear face shields upon request if you are concerned about exposure or belong to a high-risk group.
  • Avoid unnecessary touching of door handles and surfaces.
  • If you experience cold symptoms or have been in contact with someone who is ill or in quarantine, please reschedule or cancel your appointment for safety. You can do so via email, phone call, or text message at 050 577 5795.

Cancellation of appointments due to the exceptional circumstances is free of charge at any point before the start of the treatment.
