Lipolaser
Lipolaser is a new, non-surgical method for fat removal. It utilizes a short-wavelength laser beam (635-650 nm), which is visible and has been used in the treatment of various diseases, rehabilitation, and beauty treatments for years. This method is harmless to the body but should not be overused, just like any other treatment. The laser beams heat the skin and subcutaneous fat tissue and send a signal to the body in waves, initiating a chemical reaction. As a result of this reaction, fat cells dissolve. The triglycerides and glycerol accumulated in the body are broken down into free fatty acids and then transported to different tissues, where they are metabolized to produce energy. The result of the process is the body utilizing the released energy. This process of releasing fatty acids is a natural reaction of the body when it needs to use stored energy. Lipolaser permanently removes excess fat because this process is produced by the body itself.
One treatment lasts for 20-45 minutes. Typically, one treatment is enough to initiate a process in which the body effectively begins to use accumulated fat stores over the next 1-2 months. Results usually become visible within a week. However, it is recommended to eat healthily and exercise daily to achieve even better results. Adequate exercise includes regular walking of 2-5 km per day.
The treatment can be performed on any body area where fat tissue reduction is desired, and it is suitable for all skin types.
If necessary, the treatment can be repeated after six months if the results are not sufficient. People's bodies are different, and sometimes the body does not want to give up accumulated fats. Therefore, the required number of treatments to achieve the desired result is individual. Usually, however, one treatment is sufficient, although in more severe cases, a longer treatment period may be necessary (up to two months).
The treatment is not suitable or is prohibited in the following cases:
- Ischemic heart disease, high blood pressure, or a pacemaker
- Acute inflammations, acute asthma, deep vein thrombosis, or tumor
- Any blood disorder, injury, or bleeding disorder
- Pregnancy
- Plastic or metal prostheses or organs, such as dentures or breast implants
- Weakened immune system
- Numbness to heat
- Feeling unwell, cold, or fever.
