1. General conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Daylux Shop
store relationship between the online store and its customers. In the case of services and products provided by the Daylux Shop online store, the terms of the contract defined by the service provider concerned shall also apply.
The Daylux Shop has the right to update these terms and conditions without notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering, which are available on the Daylux Shop online store website.
2. Customer and data protection
The trade relationship complies with applicable Finnish and EU legislation in terms of consumer trade, marketing and advertising. The trade relationship between corporate customers and Daylux Beauty Oy primarily complies with these terms of agreement and, for the rest, with the Finnish Trade Act.
When placeing an order, the Customer is obliged to provide their complete contact details containing at least the name, address and telephone number and email address of the consumer customer. The information required of business customers is the contact person's name, phone number and email, business ID, postal address, telephone number and, if necessary, billing address.
Customers' data is stored in Daylux Beauty Oy's customer register. The register description in accordance with the Personal Data Act can be found at Daylux Beauty Oy Asematie 1, Vantaa 01300 and at the website address of the Daylux Shop online store. The Customer may prohibit the use and processing of their data for marketing purposes and check the information concerning them by contacting Daylux Beauty Oy
Daylux Shop's customer register is confidential. The register data will not be disclosed outside the Daylux Shop or for the own use of its partners, except in matters related to credit application, collection or invoicing and when required by law. Daylux Shop only sends emails or text messages to customers who have given permission to send themselves. The customer's bank or credit card details are not visible to Daylux Shop staff. All data transfer and payments are always made via a secure connection.
3. Age limit
An order placed by a guardian is always required for a child under the age of 18.
4. Price list
Prices include VAT, but not delivery to the customer, unless otherwise stated. If there are clear price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a much lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.
We always check the prices at the time of processing. When the price decreases, we correct the prices to the customer's open order. If the price of the product increases before the order is shipted, we will deliver them at the original price.
The delivery time estimates have been prepared on the basis of information provided by importers and manufacturers. Daylux Shop or its suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside their sphere of influence.
Daylux Shop reserves the right to restrict the sale of products in exceptionally large lots. The Daylux Shop online store does not sell its products for resale. The age limits for products are respected as prescribed by law.
5. Delivery
Products from a single order can be delivered in more than one shipment. The aim is to process the completed order within 24 hours of receiving it. A completed order refers to an order that all products are in stock and reserved for the order, and the payment method of the order has been accepted.
If the order is placed in everyday life (Mon─Fri) before 12 noon, we will pack the order in normal circumstances no later than the next business day. Depending on the delivery method chosen, the package arrives to the customer normally within 1-7 business days. We take into account peak times and inform you of any longer delivery times on our website.
Daylux Shop is not obligated to reserve other products from the same order for the customer if the availability of one product is poor, or its delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the control of the Daylux Shop. Alternatively, the consumer can accept either the backorder of the delayed product or the cancellation of the order. Products placed on order will be booked for up to 7 days, after which the order may be cancelled unless the customer has agreed to backorder in accordance with the terms of the Daylux Shop.
6. Payment
Up-to-date information on payment methods and their terms and conditions can be found on the Daylux Shop online store website. In the Daylux Shop online store, purchases are paid for through Klarna Checkout or Checkout Finland services.
The products are paid for using the online banking services of the banks offered (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Tapiola, S-bank, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken or Handelsbanken) or by selecting a 14-day payment period when the invoice will accompany the products. Checkout is a secure payment method. Checkout Finland has a payment institution licence issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The Daylux Shop reserves the right to convert the payment method into a prepayment for special reasons, such as credit problems with the customer or ambiguities in the contact details. Customers who do not have a previous purchase history have the right to request a prepayment of the products if necessary in the case of an exceptionally large one-time purchase. In such a situation, the subscriber will be contacted after receiving the order.
Orders with online banking as payment method or with the payment method automatically set to "Immediate, online payment" must be successfully completed at the time of ordering. We do not process unpaid orders.
7. Liability for errors
Daylux Shop products are subject to statutory liability for errors. Defective products are replaced with new similar products.
Daylux Beauty Oy is not liable for any damage caused by the buyer's actions.
8. Restoration
The Daylux Shop online store offers its customers a 14-day return right. The product must be unopened and intact to be returned. Only the price of the product, no shipping costs, is refunded for the returned correct product. The products can be returned either by mail customer return or directly to the store.
We always recommend contacting our company about returning and replacing the product in advance by phone 050 577 5795 or via email salondaylux@gmail.com. At the same time, always provide: the name of the product, your name, address and phone number.
In order to improve our customer service and operations, we hope that you will also include the reason for the product return according to the product returned. We ask our customers to keep all documents related to customer return carefully until the Daylux Shop has confirmed receipt of the return.
Daylux Shop is responsible for the return costs when the refund has been made according to its instructions through Posti's customer return service. Returns must always be made through one of Posti's service points. The product must be accompanied by a document containing the necessary information (customer name, address, telephone number and customer number). For example, it is a good idea to include a copy of the invoice in the return.

9. Complaint

Complaints are processed only in writing. The free-form complaint can be submitted either by e-mail to salondaylux@gmail.com or by letter to the Salon Daylux office. If necessary, store staff will consult Salon Daylux's management on how to handle the complaint.
The consumer customer has the right to refer any disputes arising out of thisagreement to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) . Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advice of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
10. Additional terms and conditions
When submitting an order, the customer accepts the daylux shop's terms and conditions.
Daylux Shop is not obligated to fulfill the agreement if it faces force majeant obstruct, which it cannot reasonably overcome.
